La Varzea just concluded the first phase of Polo Village, which consists of 58 detached single-storey lodges, built in clusters within a gated complex and landscaped gardens, situated adjacent to the Club House, and bordering a lake with a fluvial beach.

The second phase will consist of a further 40 similar properties and a large swimming pool, conference centre with a capacity for up to 400 delegates, and several commercial units.

These 98 lodges are one and two-bedroom properties each with en-suite bathroom and, in the case of the two bedroom units, the second bedroom having a separate shower-room.

All feature a spacious sitting room, entrance hall, stylishly fitted kitchen and a terrace, and are offered fully furnished and equipped – right down to the bed linen!

The first, two-bedroom Polo Village are the Show Room and may be viewed by appointment.
